About Us

Ruth Anderson MRSSt and Lynne Bates MRSSt run Focus Training.

We are both Registered Shiatsu Practitioners with the Shiatsu Society UK and Probationary Teachers with the Glasgow School of Shiatsu.

We have been teaching First Aid for several years and our philosophy is to provide courses that Focus on being dynamic, fun and practical. As Therapists ourselves, we bring hands-on experience of the incidents and situations you might encounter.
